Injuries

You can't talk about injuries in the NFL.  It's not just that it's an insult to the backup players, it's a built-in alibi for everyone on the team.  It's a self-fulfilling prophecy.  You just can't talk about it.  You just can't think about it.  You just have to keep on playing.
