Work With Dignity

Some Portuguese coaches prefer to work abroad, even if it's for a 'third-world' football club, or not to coach at all, rather than work for small teams in Portugal.  That's not the case with me, nor will it ever be.  The important thing is to work with dignity, and so I knew that I would have to go to battle and that, in the immediate future, I'd have to work with a small team.
