It's East To Desmiss Chelsea's Success Because Of Their Money. But They Still Have To Do The Job.

It's easy to be dismissive of Chelsea's success and say that they've achieved this and that simply because of the money they have.  But the Manager still has to do the job.  He has to sign the right players, pick the right team and get them to win consistently.  He's done all that in my opinion with some style.  You also have to say that he has an outstanding pedigree.  You don't win the Champions League and the UEFA Cup without talent and without making the right decisions.

But what I've learned is that no manager gets everything right.  Yes, you enjoy the highs, but there are lots of lows too.  That's the price on the ticket.  There's a great sense of responsibility when you're the manager.
